MYSA Information Board: You may have noticed our MYSA board which is at the entrance to the fields on Saturdays. Please look at this as you walk in, it will have helpful information, dates, score sheets for coaches, etc. This will cut down on paper work and missed communication. Thanks to Copy Cat Signs for our board!

FALL 2008

Hi Everyone!! We are getting ready to start our Fall season and I think it is going to be a great one! We had a wonderful coach clinic and they picked up lots of skills to pass on to their teams.

We start Sept 6 at Gardens, your coach should have contacted you by now. Please park on the West side of the school and we can also use the church parking lot until construction is finished.

We are looking for field coordinators, please let us know if you are interested in helping keep our field/nets in good shape.

Board Meeting

Our next open Board meeting will be this Saturday the 23rd at the library at 9 am. Future dates are Sept. 15 and Oct 8th at 7 pm. Hope to see you there.

Consession Stand

We will have food items for sale most Saturdays and are looking for a few people to step in and cover when our volunteers have their games to coach. We would love to keep this going but we also want our helpers to be able to get out and coach their team, if you have an hour to spare, please let them know ASAP, thank you so much for helping out!

Jv and Varsity Games

This year we have a JV and Vasity team!! They have their schedule posted on highschoolsports.net, then type in Marysville High and pick Marysville Mi from the drop down menu. It does cost $3 to get in, I am working on trying to get the kids in for free by wearing their jersey, so far I have not gotten this approved BUT they are willing to have a couple dates where you will all get in free if you wear your soccer jersey. I will let you know those dates when decided. In the meantime, please come out and support our high school soccer teams!! We actually have kids from our house league that are now in high school and playing on the team!! Very exciting (look for Jordan in defense on JV! Go Jordan!!) Their first game is this Wed (Aug 20) Varsity at 6 and JV at 7:30 and they are doing the Stadium Dedication. Hope to see you all there!!!
